In the competitive world of athletic recruiting, coaches and institutions are looking to offer athletic scholarships to prospective student-athletes who are eligible to practice and compete upon initial enrollment. If a student-athlete is not going to be eligible to participate upon arrival to college, they’re not likely to receive an athletic scholarship offer. In some instances, the process to become eligible is not clear and additional advisement is necessary to meet the requirements.
Athletic Eligibility Advisors (AEA) provides parents and prospective student-athletes academic advising services through a comprehensive evaluation process to ensure eligibility in accordance with NCAA and NAIA bylaws. Our main focus is to guide parents and student-athletes along with high school administrators and coaches through the complicated process of initial eligibility.
AEA’s academic evaluations provide a roadmap for the prospective student-athlete to follow to ensure necessary NCAA/NAIA requirements are met. In addition to academic evaluations, AEA will provide advising as to what classes are needed and what grades need to be achieved to meet eligibility requirements.
AEA clients receive a transcript evaluation, a Guide to Eligibility, high school course advising, and email hotline to answer any questions that may arise.
